Description:
The Canadian Refined Branded Dealer Sales Advisor, reporting to the Manager, Dealer Sales and Network Operations within Canadian Refined Products will be responsible for supporting the Branded Dealer sales team in delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a Branded Dealer Sales advisor, you will provide administrative support, assist with lead management, and help track sales activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is eager to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Role Accountabilities
- Assist in the management and organization of sales leads and customer data in the CRM system.
- Ensure all customer information is up to date and accurate within the CRM.
- Provide administrative support to the inside sales team by preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Help with the preparation and follow-up of sales meetings and customer calls.
- Assist in generating and maintaining regular sales reports to track team performance, pipeline progress, and overall sales activity.
- Help with administrative tasks such as organizing sales documents, management and organization of the sales team SharePoint, and maintaining records of sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage the collection and validation of information including legal, compliance, and credit.
Qualifications
- 2+ years previous experience in a sales support, or sales administrative role.
- University or College Degree, with a focus on sales/marketing, an asset.
- Experience in the oil and gas, construction, or transportation industry is considered an asset.
- Exceptional data analytics.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and Spotfire.
