Description:
As a sales administrator you will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to client inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
- Review and process sales orders while ensuring deliveries in compliance with the sales administration process;
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Checking data accuracy in orders and invoice
- Follow-up of customer payments;
- Collecting the necessary information to respond quickly to e-mails and customer/distributor requests;
- Provide accurate order status within an appropriate timeframe;
- Collaboration and interaction with the accounting and logistics departments
- Ensure the proper implementation of our sales policy.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records in the system

What's Required?
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with SAP and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Client centric approach and result orientation
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadline
- Languages: English mandatory and 2nd or 3rd languages appreciated
