Through the development of a collaborative relationship with customers, the Sr. Customer Sales Manager is the key link between Kraft Heinz and customer on all business development opportunities and challenges.
Leverages strong analytical, technical and syndicated data expertise to successfully execute the category management process, securing customer co-operation to mutually beneficial category response plans.
Clearly understands customer needs and strives to deliver revenue, share, and contribution growth through the use of knowledge-based solutions.
Pro-actively identifies and implements business-building initiatives that contribute towards the achievement of superior business results for Kraft Heinz/customer.
Identifies and implements new and unique ideas and opportunities that influence the consumer to buy
Successfully manages trade spending and forecasting within category responsibilities
Plays a leadership role within Sales Customer Business Teams through management of special projects, mentoring and coaching of junior team members.
