Identify Opportunities: Research and identify RFP opportunities that align with 2web’s services and growth strategy across Canada.
Proposal Writing: Develop, write, and edit high-quality proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition, capabilities, and solutions tailored to each RFP requirement.
Project Management: Coordinate and manage the entire RFP response process, including timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, project management, and technical experts, to gather necessary information and insights for each proposal.
Quality Assurance: Review and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with all RFP requirements.
Documentation: Maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and supporting documents for efficient and consistent responses to future RFPs.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to continuously enhance the quality and competitiveness of our proposals.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in writing and managing RFPs, preferably within the web development industry.
Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of web design, development, and digital marketing services.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite.
Education: Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
