Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled RFP Proposal Writer to find, write, manage, and submit proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs) across Canada. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a creative and driven team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional writing skills, and a strong understanding of the web development industry.
- Location: Remote or in-office at 402 21st St E #200, Saskatoon, SK S7K 0C3
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Opportunities: Research and identify RFP opportunities that align with 2web’s services and growth strategy across Canada.
- Proposal Writing: Develop, write, and edit high-quality proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition, capabilities, and solutions tailored to each RFP requirement.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage the entire RFP response process, including timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, project management, and technical experts, to gather necessary information and insights for each proposal.
- Quality Assurance: Review and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with all RFP requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and supporting documents for efficient and consistent responses to future RFPs.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to continuously enhance the quality and competitiveness of our proposals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in writing and managing RFPs, preferably within the web development industry.
- Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of web design, development, and digital marketing services.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Education: Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
