Research Assistant

Description:

Design and develop a generative artificial intelligence computation platform based on a procured local GPU server to be located in the CIM server room and integrating at least two open LLMs (Meta Llama and TII Falcon). This LLM platform is to be fine-tuned for renewable energy applications including load forecasting, anomaly detection, and specialized local AI assistant. Assist IALab HQP in developing research algorithms for renewable energy applications.

Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Computer Science, four years in machine learning development
• Development experience with transformer models and large language models
• Prompt optimization
• Experience in reinforcement learning and imitation learning
• Experience in load scheduling
• Research experience in more than two areas of applied AI
