Research Analyst

Description:

I am looking for a Research Analyst in Calgary, Alberta.

Responsibilities include providing research and analytical support services to the Calgary office team, focusing on collecting and analyzing office market data to enhance research capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare research publications on the commercial real estate market in Calgary, including market commentary and presentations.
- Compile and verify quarterly industrial and office statistics.
- Monitor industry trends and update projects with relevant information.
- Gather market activity data and input it into databases.
- Summarize findings and insights for executive-level communication.
- Participate in research and sales team meetings.
- Build industry relationships and engage in networking.
- Utilize database tools for data management.
- Support quality control standards and enhance research processes.

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree required; Real Estate or Business background preferred.
- 2+ years of research experience, ideally in commercial real estate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of BI, data visualization, and GIS tools is beneficial.
- Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Networking skills, proactive approach, and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
