As a Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking, you will work directly with CIBC’s Commercial Banking clients to develop tailored financial solutions that support their growth, improve cash flow, enhance efficiency, and mitigate risks. Your role involves managing and growing a client portfolio, proactively identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring clients’ daily banking needs are met with the highest level of service.
This role combines business development, financial advisory, and relationship management, requiring you to both prospect new clients and actively manage ongoing client relationships. You will structure, negotiate, and document credit and cash management agreements, always with the goal of helping clients achieve their objectives.
