Description:
This person will report directly to the Director of Sales and will be responsible for selling NOVONIX Hardware and Software products to new customers in North and South America. In the role of Regional Sales Manager, you will be joining a world-class Sales team that is delivering innovative solutions to tough problems. This is an individual contributor position. This role does not have direct reports.
Responsibilities include:
- You will use your skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and new customer prospecting.
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
- Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.
- Coordinate internal NOVONIX resources to meet customer business needs.
- Perform account planning at assigned prospects, and new customers that you onboard.
- Drive growth within an existing assigned customer base.
- Manage and grow Distributor Relationships within assigned territory.
- Other duties as assigned.
You are:
- An experienced salesperson with at least 5 years of full-cycle sales experience; with at least 2 years’ experience in technical sales role involving hardware and software solutions.
- Experienced in management of at least one large key account.
- Able to strategize with an extended team.
- Experienced with high-level knowledge of how to use modern CRM and presentation tools.
- A highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative
- Consultative and engaging, and able to influence senior leaders.
- Passionate about continuous improvement.
- Relentless in pursuit of customer satisfaction.
- A skilled communicator and storyteller.
- Able to travel in assigned region up to 30% of the time.
