Regional Sales Manager

Description:

We are a progressive and dynamic team committed to providing solutions to solving climate change. Our onsite, containerized, Green Ammonia production technology disrupts the traditional model and sets a new standard for sustainability. If you want to make a Positive impact, be relevant and make a change, join our team and become a part of the solution!

What YOU will do:

Reporting to the and working closely with our Agricultural Implementation Advisor, and the Senior Leadership Team, the Regional Sales Manager will champion our Sales initiatives and will be based out of the prairie provinces, in Canada.

Your main priority will be new business development by examining market opportunities and potential customer needs and offering solutions to potential customers, in our case farmers. Your focus will be on selling our Green Ammonia production system to very large row crop farmers. A consultative sales process will integrate renewable energy production, and ammonia storage, with our Green Ammonia production system to provide a fertilizer solution. Your previous experience will enable you to perform various sales-related tasks, including cost-benefit analyses, forecasting and reporting on customer interests, potential new products and services. As an expert in the Sales field, we you will assist with our corporate marketing strategies and expand our portfolio to include new vertical markets. You will also keep an eye and monitor competitors’ sales activities so we can ensure our sales game remains at the top level. You will routinely connect with customers by calling, emailing and video conferencing, but this comes as second nature for you. You will also be responsible for identifying, developing and qualifying prospective customers. The role may also engage with local, regional or National finance companies to support customers in securing credit. In order to succeed in this role, you will have the ability to work independently, take initiative and have flexibility to meet the needs of seasonal demands; while keeping yourself organized and others informed by leveraging Salesforce (CRM). You will have a thorough understanding of common agricultural practices as they pertain to fertilizer and will take part in training programs related to Anhydrous Ammonia in agriculture. Did we mention you will participate in tradeshows, conferences and training events? Are you up for the challenge? Click here to learn more about our launch of pre-sales.
