Description:
The Regional Sales Director (Wholesaler) is accountable for sustained and sustainable sales specifically in the Mandarin market. This is achieved by maintaining and strengthening existing relationships and establishing new relationships with channel producers so that the insurance/investment needs of the clients are satisfied.
What will you do?
Sales Generation:
Analyze market penetration and sales results to establish realistic but challenging targets for the sale of Sun Life Financial products within each distribution channel.
Identify and qualify production sources whose values and customer focus parallel those of Sun Life.
Execute strategies/tactics to increase market share and sales.
Co-ordinate the preparation of case presentation materials for channel producers.
Provide quality service to channel producers.
Build relationships with channel producers and provide products and services which address customer needs.
Deliver seminars within local markets which serve to educate channel producers, employees and customers regarding Sun Life as well as the financial services industry in general.
Maintain a current understanding of local markets and competitive intelligence.
Strategic Business Direction:
Assist the Regional Distribution ce President in the development of a strategic/tactical plan for the Region that will provide direction for the marketing and sale of Sun Life Financial products and services through advisory distribution channels.
