Administrative Duties

  • Maintain and update information on Salesforce as required
  • Run all Resource changes, questions and access
  • Process invoices, cheque requests etc
  • Handle promotional items as required
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and courier needs
  • Prepare material required for meetings
  • Book travel as requested
  • Recognition mailings as required
  • Expense reports
  • Print presentations
  • Send presentations in for CE accreditation
  • Handle supplies for office
  • Handle office cleanliness and general condition including meeting preparation and clean up as required

 

Sales and Marketing Support

  • Lead all aspects of the CE credit process from submission to delivery
  • Support, report and supervise promotional campaigns
  • Fill any requests for marketing material and sales aids including occasional advisor requests
  • Send routine email communications to groups as defined by the Retail accounts sales team
  • Create mailing groups ( ie: in Genius) that target market segments to expose and promote Manulife
  • Quarterback Webex training sessions
  • Prepare and send all Welcome kits where applicable
  • Act as support and liaison to head office as required (exceptional circumstances)
