Regional It Performance Manager

Description:

Responsible for the overall performance of the given local IT function in coordination and dealing with operational topics. This includes managing and monitoring the performance of IT systems and services, identifying and resolving performance issues, and implementing strategies to improve overall service performance. Consulting and Informing Regional RCMs, Local IT Management to ensure the implementation of defined standards, projects and operational topics within the locations of the respective region.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing performance management strategies and processes
• Monitoring and analyzing IT service performance data
• Identifying and troubleshooting performance issues
• Developing and implementing performance-related policies and procedures
• Keeping up-to-date with new developments in IT performance management

• Presenting performance data and recommendations to senior management
