Description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data entry of invoices into billing system
  • Organizing and filing of Branch documents
  • Audit of truck tickets
  • Matching truck ticket approvals to invoices
  • Completion of monthly reports and reconciliations as required
  • Process sales invoices, work orders, lease agreements
  • Completion of documents regarding asset control and equipment inventory
  • Complete information backup as required
  • Telephone answering, reception duties, sales and inquiries
  • Branch correspondence and filing
  • Record and complete bank deposits
  • May perform other duties as assigned


KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:

  • Month-end reports to be completed correctly and on a timely basis
  • Administration of Accounts Receivables, Collections and credit limits.
  • Complete accurate and timely data-entry
  • Deal with customers’ complaints, inquiries or requests in a professional manner
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work well with other employees, and communicate clearly with customers and the Market Manager


QUALIFICATIONS (Education & Essential Work Experience):

  • 2 years accounting and clerical experience
  • Good computer skills with knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Communicate clearly, both verbal and written, to meet all assignments
