Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data entry of invoices into billing system
- Organizing and filing of Branch documents
- Audit of truck tickets
- Matching truck ticket approvals to invoices
- Completion of monthly reports and reconciliations as required
- Process sales invoices, work orders, lease agreements
- Completion of documents regarding asset control and equipment inventory
- Complete information backup as required
- Telephone answering, reception duties, sales and inquiries
- Branch correspondence and filing
- Record and complete bank deposits
- May perform other duties as assigned
KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:
- Month-end reports to be completed correctly and on a timely basis
- Administration of Accounts Receivables, Collections and credit limits.
- Complete accurate and timely data-entry
- Deal with customers’ complaints, inquiries or requests in a professional manner
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work well with other employees, and communicate clearly with customers and the Market Manager
QUALIFICATIONS (Education & Essential Work Experience):
- 2 years accounting and clerical experience
- Good computer skills with knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Communicate clearly, both verbal and written, to meet all assignments
