Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

 

Description:

This busy and fast-paced position will require someone with impeccable professionalism and tact. You will be a friendly yet professional individual with a five star service orientation. On a daily basis, you will sit at the front reception of the Real Estate division and will manage the day-to-day administrative needs of this area, ensuring support is conducted with a high degree of urgency, confidentiality, judgment and efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Provide ad-hoc support to the senior management team as well as various other team members.
  • Prepare for meetings by ordering catering, setting up the boardroom, and setting up wifi for clients.
  • Reception duties including answering incoming calls and greeting clients.
  • Schedule meetings and video/teleconference calls.
  • General office administration duties including routine faxing, scanning, photocopying, filing, and mail sorting and ordering of office supplies.
  • Assist with maintaining and managing invoice payments, expense payment and reporting.
  • Answer/redirect phone calls.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable using Yardi and EZ Pay.
