Responsibilities

 

  • Corporate Reception Desk – act as one of two primary ambassadors at the Reception Desk, responsible for directing incoming requests from employees, guests and visitors via phone, email and in-person. This includes receiving and dispatching courier packages and mail. In addition, this function is responsible for the booking of all boardrooms.
  • Facilities Management - The role is a key member of the Team engaged in the following daily activities:
  • Inspection of common areas including Staff Lounge, Serveries, Dining Rooms and Boardrooms to ensure standards of presentation, health and safety and hygiene are maintained.
  • Inspection of office equipment including printer/copier devices and mail machine.
  • Monitoring inventories of various types of supplies for the operation of the premises.
  • Expense Management – updating various expense tracking databases as directed.

Qualifications

 

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma
  • 3+ years of progressive work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and Outlook;
  • A team player who is able to handle pressure with professionalism and tact.
