Description:
This position can be based out of Toronto.
As a Receptionist, you will be:
- Greeting and screening all visitors to the Firm’s premises in a prompt and professional manner.
- Escorting visitors and clients to the appropriate boardroom or waiting area according to the requests of their Firm contact person. Ensuring that clients are aware of the location of the washroom, business center, and other amenities of the Conference Floor.
- Ensuring that all incoming calls are answered promptly and professionally and are directed to the appropriate individual.
- Monitoring boardroom bookings according to established procedures. Approving or denying bookings while giving all necessary information to the end user.
- Processing all requests for video conferences according to established procedures. Booking any additional resources required such as audio visual or other equipment, or catering.
- Ensuring all policies for catering and meetings are adhered to.
- Covering Reception desk, Concierge and Switchboard as required.
- Ensuring that Reception area is clean and tidy.
- Assisting with activities associated with event and meeting setups as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- High school diploma.
- Minimum six years of related experience preferably in a professional services environment.
- Exceptional abilities in communication and interpersonal relations.
- Ability to deal with difficult situations, problem solving skills and patience
