Description:

We are seeking a professional, part-time Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and eager to contribute to a positive client experience. As the first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for managing front-desk operations and supporting administrative tasks, helping ensure seamless daily operations in our Ottawa office.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude, and assist with their inquiries.
  • Communication Management: Answer and direct calls and emails efficiently, providing accurate information about our services.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars and conference room bookings to ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Administrative Support: Handle data entry, mail distribution, and document management, maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably within the financial or consulting sectors.
  • Languages: Proficiency in both English and French; additional language skills are an asset.
  • Skills: Strong organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
