Description:
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact in welcoming clients and visitors to our head office. This
position requires a commitment of three consecutive business days on week one, and two consecutive business days
on week two, on a rotating basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet clients and visitors in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner
- Create memorable moments for each client visit, fostering meaningful connections by engaging in
conversations while they wait for appointments
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure a seamless client experience e.g. Building maintenance, cleaners, etc.
- Direct or respond to inquiries received by phone or email efficiently by providing accurate information
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing couriers within prescribed deadlines
- Sort and distribute mail in a timely manner
- Provide vacation and team member absence coverage
- Provide additional administrative duties as required
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist role
- Client service focused and committed to providing outstanding client service
- A reliable and flexible team player
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Strong time-management and relationship-building skills
- Personable, professional and articulate, with strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365
