Description:
As our Receptionist your duties would include greeting clients and visitors coming into our offices, answering and directing phone calls, and using a computerized system to organize appointments in meeting rooms. You would also perform various administrative and clerical tasks such as processing credit card payments, ordering supplies, handling incoming mail, filing, assisting with closing files and other duties as assigned.
This position is also a great way to gain the experience and knowledge that could lead to promotion within our law firm.
