Receptionist

 

Description:

The Receptionist is the first contact and first impression to Dilico for members of the public. The Receptionist is responsible to ensure that all telephone messages and personal inquiries are appropriately and courteously answered in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum one-year Office Administration Certificate is required
  • One (1) or more years’ experience in reception at an organization with 100+ employees, preferably in an Anishinabek child and family services setting
  • The ability to work flexible hours as determined by the Facility Operations Manager in relation to service requirements
  • A criminal records check is required upon hiring
  • Must possess a Class “G” Driver’s Licence and have access to a reliable, personal vehicle with $1,000,000 liability vehicle insurance
  • Candidates without the specific education qualifications and who possess an appropriate combination of experience and other academic qualifications will also be considered
