Receptionist

 

Description:

• Receive and welcome clients/visitors into our office

  • Answer and direct telephone inquiries
  • Maintain and coordinate schedules for internal meeting space
  • Order and monitor catering requirements for internal meetings
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and meeting rooms
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail and couriers accordingly
  • Prepare and schedule all outgoing couriers
  • Assist with mail-outs
  • General ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks
  • Other administrative duties as required
