We have an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate lawyer to join our partner's growing corporate practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on a range of real estate transactions, draft and review contracts, and provide practical business advice.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including Purchase and Sale Agreements, leases, and closing documents.
- Offer legal guidance on zoning laws, land use regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Act as a trusted legal advisor to clients, particularly entrepreneurs and owner-operators.
- Manage a busy practice with timely responsiveness to client needs.
- Provide innovative solutions that align with client goals and protect against legal risks.
- Show an interest in retaining and developing new business.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of practice in BC, in good standing with the Law Society of BC.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
