Real Estate Indices Product Management

Description:

What we’re looking for
Undergraduate degree in finance or a related field is required.
Masters degree in a relevant field or progress towards a CFA Charterholder is preferred.
Expertise related to REITs and listed real estate securities is required. Knowledge of broader global equity markets is also desired.
Experience working with ESG datasets – particularly related to REITs is desired
Understanding of the investment process, investment management industry, portfolio theory, and financial markets is required.
Knowledge of indexing, passive investing and understanding of real estate indices is desired.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of analytical platforms such as FactSet, Capital IQ, Evestment and Morningstar is preferred.
