Real Estate Accounting Supervisor

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a strong Real Estate Accounting Supervisor at its Minneapolis headquarters location. This position’s primary responsibilities will include team management with an emphasis on coaching and mentoring, and quality control review. Quality control review includes, but is not limited to:

• Knowledge and understanding of lease documents and legal documents for respective team’s portfolio
• Assistance and review of annual budgets, reforecasts, and operating expense reconciliations/estimates
• Property Acquisitions and dispositions within your respective team and working through the transitions
• Oversees requirements for staff portfolios and ensures consistent, accurate, and timely reporting
• Review and approval of financial reports
• Proactive communication with Real Estate Management Teams, Capital Markets and Asset Management/ Ownership Representatives
• Researches open accounting issues and recognize potential issues and/or conflicts so corrective action can intercept and minimize issues
