Project Manager

 

Description:

A full-time, permanent Project Manager is required to lead and oversee various projects, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating project execution while maintaining communication with engineering, purchasing, quality, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of projects, ensuring they align with the planned schedule and initiating corrective actions when necessary.
  • Host and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss and resolve project-related issues.
  • Act as the primary liaison with customers, communicating project status, handling change requests, and addressing concerns.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including work plans, schedules, risk reports, cost projections, variance reports, and open issue logs.
  • Conduct kick-off, close-out, and lessons learned meetings to enhance project efficiency.
  • Report project status to Management using established reporting frameworks.
  • Ensure all paper and electronic project documentation is securely maintained and accessible.
  • Coordinate external technical support for new and existing customers through site visits, meetings, and design reviews.
  • Manage the change management process, ensuring effective communication between departments and clients.
  • Work closely with shipping, receiving, and production teams to manage project material flow.
  • Oversee multiple projects with short-term and competing deadlines.
  • Participate in estimating activities as required.
