Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and requirements are met.

In this role, you will

• Lead the execution, procurement, monitoring and closure of projects on time and on budget
• Assist in purchasing and oversee the process to have products sourced from multiple vendors, according to customer specifications and project requirements
• Lead the communication with customers during the project execution
• Monitor fabrication progress at various vendors and location at the same time with schedules and assist customers with final inspections.
• Facilitate meetings and provide detailed project reports to customers
• Support Sales Team for cost estimation of capital projects
• Build and maintain valuable relationships with suppliers and other parties within the influence of the company’s activities
• Assisting with logistics of the projects and improvements of supply chain and transportation routes
• Travel to our US, Chinese and/or European offices for short‐term periods of time will be required
• Identify and analyze potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of project management experience in the field of production (specifically fabrication) and/or engineering.
• Ability to lead and organize a project team and ensure dates and budgets are adhered to
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel internationally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience reading and interpreting design, engineering and construction drawings is considered an asset
• Fluent in English, German is considered an asset
