Description:

The Digital Tools team is responsible for the digital tools that enable customers to resolve technical issues or communicate with Bell, digitally and independently. Owners of Virtual Repair, Manage Your Appointment and the Wi-fi Checkup tool, the team ensures that the customer experience is optimal while we maintain the company's key results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-visibility, high-impact projects;
  • Identify and solve process and customer experience gaps;
  • Represent Field on indirect projects affecting digital tools and the customer repair journey.

Critical Qualifications

  • Highly developed organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills including the ability to solicit cooperation and resolve conflict;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Excellent time management, data analysis and problem solving skills;
  • Team oriented; action oriented; self-motivated and delivery focused.
