As a Project Manager, IT Projects on the Westland Insurance Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), you will work on one or more projects/programs that support the organization’s on-going technology standardization and scaling for growth strategies. Projects/programs can include supporting the technology integration of our acquisitions, network, and infrastructure initiatives, as well as security and privacy efforts.

Why we’ll love You:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering enterprise-scale technology projects, including experience with Infrastructure and IT Operations initiatives
- Experience working on IT acquisition integration projects and/or in supporting IT projects in organizations with a large branch/location footprint is preferred
- Experience successfully managing large technology vendors
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated high degree of initiative
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is preferred
Once here, you'll:
- Be responsible for overall end to end delivery of assigned projects/program(s), including traditional project management competencies such as project planning, schedule and critical path management, project financial management, status reporting, risk and issues management, scope management, stakeholder management, transition to operations and project closure
- Provide direction and/or actively oversees project team members including staff from IT, EPMO, and business teams such as technical specialists, leads, analysts, consultants, and subject matter experts, as relevant to respective project/program
- Oversee the work of vendors and vendor resources, including monitoring quality, deliverables, and billing while proactively managing risks
- Proactively identify impacts on other projects and programs, with an eye for mitigating resource constraints, customer impacts, and technology conflicts
- Proactively identify resourcing skill and availability gaps and works to mitigate or resolve
- Utilize project management processes, tools and templates that align with Westland standards and practices
- Develop effective, respectful, and collaborative relationships with team members as well as internal and external partners
- Communicate effectively and manage project expectations with all stakeholders ensuring that presentations and communications materials are appropriate for the respective audiences, including regular project/program reporting
