Role Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements correctly.

2. User Experience: On behalf of end users, ensure the implementation of an intuitive and streamlined user experience. Establish a benchmark for key maintenance-related processes to demonstrate the efficiency of the User Interface.

3. Data and Master Data: Work with business stakeholders and the project team to ensure that data and master data are complete, accurate, and properly loaded in the system. This includes FLoc, Equipment, Technical Documentation, Materials, BOMs, Maintenance Tasks, and Scheduling.

4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external consultants to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

5. Risk Management: with the project team, identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery. Monitor and manage customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Quality Assurance: Ensure the solution meets business requirements and expectations through continuous review and validation with stakeholders.

7. Control: As a representative of the Client, work with the implementation team of external consultants to meet the project timeline and budget constraints and ensure customer satisfaction with the end product.

8. change Management: Plan and lead organizational change associated with the SAP EAM implementation, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

9. Go Live: Ensure sign-off on features, performance, data, and training. Provide guidance to business users after Go Live, including Q&A and troubleshooting, and advocate for the Client for any required system adjustment.

10. Preparation of Phase II and new functionalities to bring additional efficiencies and capabilities next year.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MIS, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of functional experience in SAP EAM (PM).
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to asset management, maintenance, reliability, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and working on behalf of the Customer.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Track record of successful project management.
  • SAP EAM / PM certification and experience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate) is a plus.
