Description:
Reporting to the Business Application Officer, the Project Administrator for business applications is assigned a variety of program management and administrative responsibilities that support frontline program and service delivery, and achievement of division, branch, and ministry goals. This role is involved in initiatives that support client service delivery, statistical reporting and technical functionality. This position also supports and provides assistance to the Program Analyst as required.
The Project Administrator will provide business intelligence support and guidance related to routine case management system (i.e., Family Information System 2) helpdesk maintenance, user ID creation and role updates, support for frontline staff on custom applications (e.g., DivorceMate), testing technical enhancements within custom business applications, initiating statistical reports, data integrity compliance, quality assurance, administrative support to the business intelligence group and other general business intelligence related tasks.
