Description:
Maintain relationships with a community of artists, ensure all program commitments are met, including ordering supplies, confirming room and equipment requirements with BFA staff , provide budget information to the Executive Director, oversee all aspects of online teaching, connecting with program registrants, and registration system for programs.
- Review and adopt BFA health and safety procedures, ensure that BFA policies are followed by program personnel.
- Hiring of summer staff and instructors, in cooperation with the Executive Director prior to any commitment or contract to instruct is offered. Assist Executive Director in hiring of temporary staff
- Implements marketing and advertising campaigns; planning and organizing promotional materials, and updating calendars.
- Plan, develop, and coordinate digital content for use on social media, e-mail marketing, and website.
- Manage and update the website including all content and pages, and site organization.
- Handle Ecwid program orders; update the online store.
- Optimize copy and landing pages to implement accessibility, best practices and drive search engine marketing.
- Create and design assets, graphics, and marketing/advertising materials for digital and print including brochures, and flyers.
- Execute marketing projects and campaigns about exhibitions, events, and programming aimed at various audiences in the community.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO and overall content structure.
- Manage, create, and publish e-newsletter campaigns.
- At times, the Executive Director may assign other tasks. All staff must recognize that BFA is a small team and allow flexibility to assist other staff to ensure deadlines and special projects’ requirements are met.
