Job Description:
This is a 12-month contract position
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Client Engagement Strategy & Delivery, the Program Strategy & Marketing Delivery Specialist has two hats. The first is driving end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns promoting Voluntary Benefits products. The second is coordinating workstreams & activities for the Channel Strategy & Lead Generation Initiative.
What will you do?
- Drive end-to-end delivery (from ideation to execution) of marketing campaigns in various digital channels.
- Work with Creative Services to develop marketing messages that are clear and client-centric, using plain language and behavioural economic principles.
- Develop and implement test and learn direct response marketing campaigns, including preparing and presenting briefs to support business objectives.
- Ensure knowledge of campaign strategy, brand, the plan sponsor/association/client and the product value proposition are appropriately reflected in all communications (print and electronic).
- Coordinate workstreams with other internal teams, business partners and external vendors to execute campaigns as needed.
- Manage campaign execution, including preparing workback schedule, copy editing; providing creative direction; managing approvals (business partners, legal, compliance, risk etc.) translation, printing, production and distribution processes.
- Work with internal analytics teams to help ensure measurement and reporting on campaign activity is in place.
- Identify opportunities for improvement based on post analysis or best practices to increase efficiency of program execution and effectiveness.
- Represent Marketing on special projects on occasion.
- Own and manage various administrative responsibilities.
- Work with workstream owner(s) to develop a good understanding of the project objectives, core members & key stakeholders.
- Assist in coordinating required activities across workstreams.
- Facilitate weekly touchpoints with each workstream to discuss progress, roadblocks, and alternative solutions.
- Set up working sessions as needed (cross-workstream).
- Work with workstream leads to consolidate detailed project Plan & milestones.
- Identify dependencies across workstreams & provide transparency on overall impact.
- Provide recommendations on timeline based on dependencies and constraints.
- Keep workstreams on track to hit planned deadlines & milestones.
- Request updates from workstream leads on the required cadence.
- Work with executive assistants to book meetings & working sessions as needed.
- Coordinate & facilitate bi-weekly update for Steerco & manage the overall agenda.
