Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept phase to production and launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and marketing, to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Lead negotiations, contract management, and subcontractor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with US ITAR regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of program/project management or project engineering experience.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar projects (ranging from $1 million to $1 billion).
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- PMI Certification is an asset.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
