- Experience dealing with large vendor application migrations, upgrades and testing programs.
- Strong stakeholder management
- Strong PM and Change Controls skills
- Running daily standups attended by senior management; regular reporting to Steering committee

- Demonstrated political savvy
- Ability to deal with demanding stakeholders
- Even-keel and very methodical
