Liaise between Retail Investments Distribution Sales Teams and > 100 Portfolio Managers (PMs) and Speakers to book presentations at Manulife advisor events; road days and virtual events with Wholesalers across Canada
Administer the Portfolio Manager Access Calendar and assignments, factoring in regional allocation, national accounts and wholesaler requests, no-go dates, schedules, and Portfolio Manager preferences
Manage relationships with Sales Teams, Sales Executives, Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Manager Assistants to achieve Portfolio Manager Access goals, reach targets, and deliver programs on time and with accuracy
Own and update the Portfolio Manager Access Request processes and documentation, including training materials
Strive to constantly improve the process for both the Sales Teams and Portfolio Management Teams by working with the Business Technology Team to identify and develop enhancements to the process on Salesforce
Provide coaching and training to Business Development Associates (BDAs) and other business partners on the Portfolio Manager Access program, and regularly attend BDA meetings to provide updates and answer questions
Provide monthly reporting to Sales Leadership on YTD and YOY/QOQ PM Access, including identifying trends in requests and usage. Run and provide a variety of individually tailored reporting, as requested, to Sales Leadership and PM teams
Work closely with Product and Marketing to improve the delivery and development of advisor presentations
Work with the Bilingual Sales Support Specialist to book national conference calls and events and provide back up and support to them for the CE credit applications made for these events

Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience coordinating complex meetings, ideally for advisors/wholesalers or sales teams.
1 - 3 years’ experience in Financial Services Industry (investment area preferably)
Post-secondary education in a relevant business discipline
Solid understanding of retail mutual fund distribution channels and operations
Knowledge of the financial services industry (mutual fund business or brokerage experience is a bonus)
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complicated messages
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and reporting capabilities.
Ability to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, working with many different types of individuals
Very strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative and assume responsibility when acting on all applicable requests for service and assistance including escalating issues when appropriate
Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
Ability to properly identify and communicate risk within Portfolio Manager Access programs
Highly motivated and driven, able to work with minimal supervision while building strong relationships with all stakeholders
Knowledge of Powerpoint, Adobe, Teams, Salesforce, Seismic and Zoom is an asset
