BusPlanner, a leader in market-leading software solutions for K-12 transportation departments across North America, is looking for driven, talented, and passionate Product Support Specialists to join their growing Client Services practice. Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-tier product and process support to clients across North America.
Gain expertise in BusPlanner’s suite of enterprise software and the complex school bus transportation industry.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and maximize retention.
Create and develop client help modules, FAQs, and other documentation to support users.
Support the help desk during core hours (7am - 7pm ET), with occasional after-hours coverage when necessary.
Proactively contribute to evolving the role and team processes to improve service.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude with a passion for relationship-building and client satisfaction.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a team focused on student transportation and customer service.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proven track record of success in relevant customer service or support roles.
A keen eye for understanding unique client needs and addressing them effectively.
Conditions of Employment:
Successful candidates will work in the Waterloo office for 3+ days a week during the six-month training period, with potential for expanded remote work after successful completion of training.
Compensation:
Starting salary of $60,000, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.
