BusPlanner, a leader in market-leading software solutions for K-12 transportation departments across North America, is looking for driven, talented, and passionate Product Support Specialists to join their growing Client Services practice. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier product and process support to clients across North America.

  • Gain expertise in BusPlanner’s suite of enterprise software and the complex school bus transportation industry.

  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and maximize retention.

  • Create and develop client help modules, FAQs, and other documentation to support users.

  • Support the help desk during core hours (7am - 7pm ET), with occasional after-hours coverage when necessary.

  • Proactively contribute to evolving the role and team processes to improve service.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Positive attitude with a passion for relationship-building and client satisfaction.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team focused on student transportation and customer service.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proven track record of success in relevant customer service or support roles.

  • A keen eye for understanding unique client needs and addressing them effectively.

Conditions of Employment:

  • Successful candidates will work in the Waterloo office for 3+ days a week during the six-month training period, with potential for expanded remote work after successful completion of training.

Compensation:

  • Starting salary of $60,000, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.
