How you will make an impact:

• Ensure alignment to the overall product strategy through collaboration with the Product Manager

• Create and manage the product backlog, epics and user stories to deliver the most value to CBC’s priorities and objectives across the Listen products

• Coordinate and facilitate scrum events (e.g. grooming, planning)

• Contribute to the Listen product roadmap and prioritization

• Support planning and implementation planning for quarterly team objectives

• Establish measurable product outcomes (product performance metrics) across apps and web, with a focus on alignment of metric values across products

• Oversee releases and validate quality with team

• Collaborate with other audio-focused product teams and internal teams to manage dependencies, optimize our value delivery and minimize code/release conflicts

• Liaise with the Product Manager to define product priorities, decisions, resolutions

• Clearly articulate and plan for the execution of development and QA tasks

• Facilitate removing obstacles related to product priorities/goals/vision

• Communicate delivery progress

• Participate in identifying and solutioning product risks related to Value, Viability, Usability (with Product Design and Research) and Feasibility (with the Solutions Architect and Technical Lead)
