Description:
As a Senior GTM Product Marketing Manager, you’ll orchestrate the go-to-market for one of our product lines. You will gather and analyze marketing intelligence and project manage the launch and management of the product line. Your goal will be to help our teams tell the right story so we can win.
The role is highly cross-functional and you will work with the marketing, sales, product and success teams and report directly to the CMO.
The role requires a 2-day/week presence in the Toronto office.
Accountable for the revenue forecasting and goal forecasting of the product. You will combine, challenge and iterate on the forecasts received from the GTM teams and hold the teams accountable
Responsible for pricing, research, ICP & persona development, messaging & positioning, content creation in collaboration with the wider marketing team
Be the in-house expert (buyers, influencers, competitors, industry, etc.) and create an always-on feedback loop on your product between sales, product, and marketing, to ensure we react quickly to “on the ground” developments
You will be responsible for the success of the product by holding GTM teams accountable for the GTM strategy, execution, and performance of your product in collaboration with sales, success & product through a project management framework such as RACI, etc
4+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, general management, product, or product marketing.
You are a self-starter with a bias towards action who is able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to translate customer and market insights into crisp GTM fundamentals, including segmentation, buyer personas, messaging, competitive positioning, pricing recommendations, and more.
Superb cross-functional collaboration and project management skills. From Day 1, you’ll need to align stakeholders across multiple teams—many of which may have competing priorities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. While we won’t expect you to fine-tune marketing copy, you need to be able to clearly tell a story without resorting to corporate jargon.
A creative spark. While analytical chops are critical to your success, we also pride ourselves on being able to think outside the box.
