What You'll be Responsible for:
- Support the development of go-to-market strategy including research, pricing, packaging, positioning and promotion of existing and emerging products.
- Own the product messaging for our growing suite of SaaS products.
- Create a comprehensive library of product-centric content (e.g., sales presentations, sales enablement collateral product videos, website copy, case studies) to articulate the benefits of our products.
- Educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits.
- Collaborate with product management to establish a strong value proposition and develop compelling messaging across our key verticals to grow customer and prospect consideration for our products.
- Build and execute comprehensive product marketing plans that leverage the scale of our internal and partner resources.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product development roadmap in and manage the planning and execution of campaigns to support both product updates and new product launch campaigns.
- Become well-versed in the type of conversations our sales teams have with customers in different verticals, various use cases for our solutions and in each of the roles involved in the buyer’s journey.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Managers to evangelize the ‘so what’ of our products and features to different audiences like customers, partners and internal stakeholders. This may include hosting regular online and in-person webinars and information sessions.
- Research and analyze market trends and competitors to always keep us ahead of the competition.
- Create competitive battlecards and maintain and competitive database.
- Understand and represent the voice of the customer internally through customer interviews, win/loss analysis and case studies.
