Description:

  • Optimize: In partnership with the Sales and Customer Experience teams, define an approach for the collective team to optimize the buyer's journey from awareness through to upsell
  • Strategize: Establish overall strategy and business objectives for the Permit marketing function
  • Execute: Own go-to-market from strategy to execution including key product positioning, sales and marketing asset development, website and demand programs activation and enablement to ensure all customer-facing teams are on-message and maximizing opportunity for conversion
  • Solve Problems: Develop product strategies and roadmaps that solve the most critical challenges buyers face today, while paving the way for tomorrow
  • Crush Your Goals: Work across product lines, personas and segments to balance requirements and achieve targets for new business and expansion
  • Partner Up: Foster relationships with the community of analysts, industry associations, and thought leaders to build them into advocates of the brand and solution
  • Keep Score: Measure performance of all aspects of marketing while constantly experimenting to improve and optimize performance
  • Manage Budget: Support budget definition and spend management
  • Collaborate: As a key member of the leadership team, work with other functions to support their success and influence their contribution to marketing initiatives
  • Keep Your Ducks in a Row: Guide prioritization to ensure time and energy are invested on the most impactful initiatives, ranging from new business, upsell and client retention
  • Grow Together: Drive market expansion and revenue growth by developing go-to-market strategies from awareness through to purchase and expansion
  • Team Up: Work cross-functionally with GTY and the Business Units to identify opportunities for cross-sell and optimization
