What you would be responsible for:
- Serve as a strategic partner with teams across the organization as, together, we set and deliver coordinated marketing and distribution plans in support of our ETF products
- Collaborate with our Segment Marketing, product management and investment partners to determine the most compelling content in support of go-to-market product/strategy campaigns
- Write and deliver compelling, repeatable sales messaging, materials and campaigns designed to help salespeople drive deeper client relationships
- Adhere to legal regulations and industry practices regarding the marketing of investment management products and the distribution of literature (OSC, CSC etc.).
- Programmatically tie thought leadership content to commercial opportunities and influence thought leadership content
- Exude passion for creating compelling content, thrive in a dynamic environment, and possess an enthusiastic willingness to roll up your sleeves to positively influence the client experience
- Simplifying the complex to drive engagement with Invesco’s ETF products
- Possess key agile elements—focus on customer centricity, cross-functional collaboration, increase speed to market and continuous testing & learning
- Aiding product discovery in owned digital and search
Experience you bring:
- University Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- Three to six years of work experience preferably within the Canadian asset management or financial services industry
- Passion for marketing and how it can help clients achieve their goals
- Interest in writing all types of marketing content from sales enablement collateral (e.g. emails, PowerPoints, talking points) to scalable marketing material (e.g. blogs, articles, web copy)
- Strong project management skills with an emphasis on bringing together multiple stakeholders and driving towards a common goal under specified timelines
- Ability to problem solve independently, stay proactive and remain organized
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
