Description:

My.Box is seeking a Product Manager to support the development and growth of its Web3 domain products. This role involves working with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to define and execute the product roadmap. As part of a fast-paced startup, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Product and CEO to align strategy with business goals and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Product Development & Strategy:

• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to enhance product strategy.
• Assist in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain team alignment.
• Work with leadership to prioritize features and execute the product roadmap.

📈 Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Track key product metrics to drive informed decision-making.
• Monitor market trends in Web3 and emerging blockchain technologies.
• Translate customer needs and pain points into product improvements.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineers and designers to ensure smooth product development.
• Partner with marketing and business development to drive product adoption.
• Stay updated on ENS/DNS and domain-related technologies to enhance product offerings.

Minimum Requirements:

✔ 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
✔ Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain, and decentralized identity.
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

✅ Experience with agile development methodologies.
✅ Familiarity with ENS/DNS and domain-related technologies.
✅ Background in UX/UI design or software development.
