A vacancy for a Retrofit Procurement Manager within the Mirabel based Customer Services Procurement team has arisen.

In your duty you will have to

Lead commercial and contractual negotiations to secure in service fleet retrofit campaigns for A220. Negotiate RSA (Retrofit Support Agreement) with Suppliers during Call for Tenders

To ensure Airbus Customer Services Program Support requirements are met while providing the company with the lowest total cost exposure, protect TTGF (Time to Get a Fix) and focus on Customer's satisfaction

Understand the context of each Retrofit requested by Customer Services,

• Ensure proper technical responsibility is established, sharing argumentation from Customer Services organization & Chief engineering team

• Contribute to Retrofit commercial policy decision from Program Support organization,

• Ensure Retrofit negotiations targets are in line with commercial policy decisions,

• Establish and update a Retrofit negotiation action plan for each Retrofit (including negotiation strategy, budget, Target Must Cost, lead-time, …),

• Lead commercial negotiation on Retrofit scope and/or Coordinate Procurement negotiation with supplier for each Retrofit,

• Establish and negotiate/coordinate Retrofit with Suppliers (Retrofit Support Agreement (RSA), Retrofit Letter Agreement (RLA), Retrofit Agreements negotiation and signature),

• Contribute to Airbus cost savings & continuous improvement initiatives

• Produce appropriate reporting for Management decisions,

• Inform Management and propose alternatives when negotiation objectives cannot be met,

- Place orders to Suppliers and administer related commercial contracts

• Control progress of deliveries, payments and clarify disputes as soon as possible,

• Monitor contracts adjustment and manage recovery plans with suppliers during retrofit execution.

The jobholder ensures that Retrofit negotiations are conducted in line with Customer Services requests in terms of Target Must Cost and associated lead-times

The position is based in Mirabel with occasional international trips (Hamburg - Germany, Filton - UK, Supplier's facility).
