Process Operator Supervisor

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Process Operator Supervisor on a permanent basis at our Co-op Refinery (CRC). This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK.

What you’ll do:

• Be responsible to empower the process team through setting expectations and objectives using the implementation of operating plans, procedures, and programs.
• Cultivate a positive safety culture and ensure team members are complying with company policies to ensure duties and responsibilities are performed in a satisfactory manner.
• Provide ongoing communication, coaching, feedback and mentoring to Process Operators.
• Prepare and conduct performance reviews for team members.
• Coordinate process staffing schedule during night shift and weekends.
