Imperial is recruiting for engineering grads for a variety of positions within the Sarnia Manufacturing Complex organization. Typical responsibilities may include:
- collaborate with multiple stakeholders including operations, reliability, and automation engineers to support safe and reliable unit operation
- work with cross functional teams to identify, develop and implement operational and facility improvements with focus on safety, reliability, economics and sustainability
- effectively communicate status of unit operation, improvement opportunities and operating costs to various stakeholders
- participate in risk assessments, root cause investigations, corporate networks and communities of practice
- own unit mass balance to support energy and cost reporting, as well as annual long term plan development.
Qualifications
Academic
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Engineering
- Demonstrated leadership and strong academic skills
- Previous industry experience is considered beneficial, but not essential
