Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced products/platforms lead with a strong background in digital trust and verifiable credentials product management. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading cross-functional teams, implementing agile methodologies, and ensuring the successful delivery of sophisticated digital trust products based on collaboration with the open-source community. This role is instrumental in shaping and implementing our product strategy to enhance digital trust and credentials management. Profound knowledge of the government sector and other industries is essential.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and cultivate new client relationships and partnerships to expand the practice. Collaborate with the digital trust practice leader, the innovations and research lead, and the DTCoE to create go-to-market strategies for our products.
- Product Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for our digital trust and verifiable credentials products, aligning them with our company's vision and goals.
- Project Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to drive project success.
- Agile Methodologies: Apply agile methodologies to manage product development, ensuring timely delivery, continuous improvement, and flexibility in response to changing requirements.
- Verifiable Credentials: Apply your expertise in verifiable credentials to define product features, functionality, and security measures that meet industry standards and customer needs.
- Digital Trust: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of digital trust challenges, market trends, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation.
- Roadmap Development: Create and manage product roadmaps, balancing short-term and long-term objectives while prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market demands.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project status, progress, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Risk Management: Identify and proactively address project risks, taking necessary steps to mitigate and resolve issues that may arise during product development.
- Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality, secure, and reliable products to customers.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control throughout the product development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 10 years in project/product management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; a certification in product design, prototyping, and testing is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is required.
- Agile certification: At least two of the relevant agile certifications is required (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe® POPM, SAFe® APM, SAFe® SPC). SAFe® SPC is a plus.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering complex digital trust and verifiable credentials products.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized identity, and digital trust principles; Certification in Hyperledger Sovereign Identity Blockchain Solutions: Indy, Aries & Ursa is a plus.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools. Experience using Atlassian Jira project management tool to create, maintain tickets, generate reports.
