Physiotherapist

Our client, located in the Sackville area, is looking for a Registered Physiotherapist to join their fast-paced interdisciplinary clinical team. Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you will be providing professional physiotherapy services to clients in a team-based setting. Key Responsibilities:

· To provide services within the scope of practice of a Registered Physiotherapist, including gathering client history, establishing treatment goals, document treatment provided as well as preparing communication for referral sources and funders as required.

· To provide the utmost level of service when greeting and interacting with clients, general public and staff members.

· Assist when necessary in directing clients and potential clients to the appropriate contacts or services, and provide information in person and by phone.

· Assist when necessary in the scheduling of appointments, and receive and record payment for services including handling credit cards and cheques.

· Assist answering telephone calls, taking messages and providing information as required.

· Assist in keeping the clinic clean and tidy.

· Ensure accuracy of shift end documents within clinic management software.

· Participation in community engagement / marketing events.

The Ideal Candidate Brings:

· Registered Physiotherapist within the Province of Nova Scotia and in good standing with NSCP.

· 2-5 years of hands-on experience preferred.

· The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Compassion and empathy.

· The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

· Must be available to work morning and evening shifts (schedule will be consistent).
