Partnership Development Manager

 

Description:

As a Partnership Development Manager, you will be instrumental in contributing to our ambitious goals for the department:

  • Build winning partnerships within each defined B2B channel
  • Enable partnership success through structured onboarding processes and continuous engagement
  • Increase overall written premium and profit for the organization through an omni-channel strategy (direct, agent and third party sales)
  • Drive a strong mix of business across targeted insurance verticals
  • Brand awareness and market credibility through enterprise, agent and insurer networks

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Partnership Development Manager, you will:

  • Provide account management to a set of accounts
  • Build out prospecting lists across multiple States for new partnership opportunities
  • Build a strong network of P&C insurance agents, B2B networks and Fintechs
  • Lead Foxquilt introductory meetings, create partnership pitches and execute on strategic partnership contracts
  • Strategize and manage a set of sales marketing & operational plans
  • Work with key stakeholders, distribution partners and internal teams at Foxquilt to realize sales plans
  • Manage new and existing partnership opportunities through CRM and Partnerstack platforms
  • Lead with an entrepreneurial and tech-driven mindset to provide partners with digitally enabled Insurance solutions
  • Create marketing campaigns and programs with the marketing team and external partners to optimize growth potential
  • Execute on components of the strategic roadmap for Partnerships to enhance market offering
