Description:
As a Partnership Development Manager, you will be instrumental in contributing to our ambitious goals for the department:
- Build winning partnerships within each defined B2B channel
- Enable partnership success through structured onboarding processes and continuous engagement
- Increase overall written premium and profit for the organization through an omni-channel strategy (direct, agent and third party sales)
- Drive a strong mix of business across targeted insurance verticals
- Brand awareness and market credibility through enterprise, agent and insurer networks
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Partnership Development Manager, you will:
- Provide account management to a set of accounts
- Build out prospecting lists across multiple States for new partnership opportunities
- Build a strong network of P&C insurance agents, B2B networks and Fintechs
- Lead Foxquilt introductory meetings, create partnership pitches and execute on strategic partnership contracts
- Strategize and manage a set of sales marketing & operational plans
- Work with key stakeholders, distribution partners and internal teams at Foxquilt to realize sales plans
- Manage new and existing partnership opportunities through CRM and Partnerstack platforms
- Lead with an entrepreneurial and tech-driven mindset to provide partners with digitally enabled Insurance solutions
- Create marketing campaigns and programs with the marketing team and external partners to optimize growth potential
- Execute on components of the strategic roadmap for Partnerships to enhance market offering
