The Role: Partnerships Development Manager – United States

The Partnership Development Manager plays a critical role in building new and existing partnerships across identified B2B channels in the US. Through dynamic prospecting, nourishing relationships, developing strategic marketing plans, working with internal stakeholders and executing annual growth plans, this individual will contribute to the overall expansion of the partnership division.

Location: Mid-Atlantic and Midwest US

Goals and Objectives

As a Partnership Development Manager, you will be instrumental in contributing to our ambitious goals for the department:

  • Build winning partnerships within each defined B2B channel
  • Enable partnership success through structured onboarding processes and continuous engagement
  • Increase overall written premium and profit for the organization through an omni-channel strategy (direct, agent and third party sales)
  • Drive a strong mix of business across targeted insurance verticals
  • Brand awareness and market credibility through enterprise, agent and insurer networks

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Partnership Development Manager, you will:

  • Provide account management to a set of accounts
  • Build out prospecting lists across multiple States for new partnership opportunities
  • Build a strong network of P&C insurance agents, B2B networks and Fintechs
  • Lead Foxquilt introductory meetings, create partnership pitches and execute on strategic partnership contracts
  • Strategize and manage a set of sales marketing & operational plans
  • Work with key stakeholders, distribution partners and internal teams at Foxquilt to realize sales plans
  • Manage new and existing partnership opportunities through CRM and Partnerstack platforms
  • Lead with an entrepreneurial and tech-driven mindset to provide partners with digitally enabled Insurance solutions
  • Create marketing campaigns and programs with the marketing team and external partners to optimize growth potential
  • Execute on components of the strategic roadmap for Partnerships to enhance market offering

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or a related discipline
  • Insurance designation preferred
  • Other courses/certification in Sales, Marketing or Operations
  • Insurance license- nice to have!
  • Established network of P&C insurance agent or carrier relationships
